Live Monitoring of Hives
Through the development of state-of-the-art technologies for beekeeping from our partners Beeguard and AtmoTrack, we integrate real-time monitoring of the hives.
In the context of biomonitoring, we use the Beeguard systems to monitor the health and status of our hives during biomonitoring studies, concentrating the information on cloud platforms that allow live access to information and alerts. Similarly, we monitor air quality with AtmoTrack sensors for different particles and noise.
These innovative systems make it possible to monitor several parameters of the hives, such as:
Hive Weight
To monitor sudden losses of hives, population declines and monitor honey production.
Internal Hive Temperature
To monitor the thermoregulation of the hives and identify if there are problems within them.

Weather Station
To measure temperature, humidity, wind direction and external atmospheric pressure.
GPS Location
Anti-theft system to track the path of the hives if they have been removed from their usual place.
ATMOTRACK Measuring System
This sensor allows collecting information on the concentration of different parameters such as particles (PM1, PM2.5 and PM10), NH3, NO2, CO, and even noise.
